Now you can enjoy works of art from the MoMA on your Samsung Frame TV.

Frida Kahlo! Henri Matisse! Georgia O'Keeffe!

Samsung continues to update the art collection available on its The Frame TV, which, when turned off, displays a work of art that perfectly integrates with home décor. Most of the images that can be shown are works that belong to the public domain, making them accessible because the creator has waived their rights or because copyright has expired. This is why it is easier to find ancient pieces of art on The Frame TV than contemporary ones; however, this situation has recently changed.

The Museum of Modern Art in New York has made 37 works from its collection available in Samsung’s art store. Among the pieces are "The Starry Night" by Vincent van Gogh, "The Dream" by Henri Rousseau, "Evening Star III" by Georgia O'Keeffe, and "Fulang Chang and I" by Frida Kahlo. Robin Sayetta, head of business development at the Museum of Modern Art, commented, "MoMA is a place that nurtures creativity, ignites minds, and provides inspiration. Through our relationship with Samsung, we are expanding access to the MoMA collection in a truly innovative way for millions of people. We have intentionally worked on this new digital collection and look forward to enriching the lives of art lovers with culture and history on an extraordinary scale."

For his part, Sang Kim, executive vice president and general manager of service business in North America at Samsung Electronics, emphasized that "at Samsung, we strive to redefine the home entertainment experience through continuous innovation. Our collaboration with MoMA allows us to bring culturally significant works into millions of homes, giving people the opportunity to engage with renowned art in a truly remarkable way. This effort exemplifies Samsung's mission to use technology to deliver exceptional experiences in consumers' daily lives." The Frame TV is available in various sizes and can currently be purchased in 43", 55", 65", and 75" versions at the MoMA design store.
