If you find it difficult to obtain Floof thread to create a new outfit in Infinity Nikki, you're not alone. Here’s how you can gather this crafting material.
Infinity Nikki, the new open-world game, features a wide variety of materials that can be collected, with Floof Yarn being one of the most sought after. This material is essential for crafting wardrobe pieces from sketches obtained in the game. However, finding Floof Yarn can be tricky, as the game doesn’t provide many clues about its location.
In the "Land of Wishes" mission, you are asked to find a Floof Yarn without any marker indicating its location. The key to collecting it is to interact with Floofs, which are small brown dogs that roam the world, particularly in the Florawish area.
To begin, you will need to unlock the Bye-Bye Dust outfit. This costume allows Nikki to care for animals and, in return, receive materials for crafting. Make sure you have that outfit equipped and go looking for a Floof. These adorable creatures, resembling Shiba Inu puppies, are quite common in the mentioned area.
Once you find a Floof, interact with it by right-clicking. A brush icon will appear, and a scene will begin in which Nikki brushes the Floof. After this short cutscene, you will receive your first Floof Yarn, which you can use to continue with the mission and create the items you need. It is advisable to collect several, as Floof Yarn is a common material in many clothing sketches.
Later in the game, you will have the option to track materials like Floof Yarn. From the map, select the book icon in the lower left corner to locate the Floofs instead of searching for them manually. A yellow radius will appear on the map, highlighting the location of the nearest Floof.
With great anticipation, Infinity Nikki aims to become one of the standout games of 2024, set to be released on December 5 for PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. This title represents the fifth installment of the popular Nikki series, transforming the experience of a dress-up game into a vast open world, appealing to a wide audience of players.
