"Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster now features enhancements for PS5 Pro, including ray tracing."
Owners of the PS5 Pro now have the option to enable or disable ray tracing.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster has recently received an update that enables compatibility with PlayStation 5 Pro. Capcom announced this news through a social media post, where they shared comparative images between the PS5 and PS5 Pro versions of the game, before and after the update.
With this update, PS5 Pro owners can enjoy a new ray tracing feature that can be activated from the game settings. This feature enhances reflections on glass and water surfaces, providing a more immersive experience while exploring the Willamette Parkview Mall.
In addition to the ray tracing feature, the update introduces a new Casual Mode that is available to all users across all platforms. This mode is recommended for those who have difficulty with action games. In this mode, the protagonist, Frank, levels up more quickly, although this does not affect the game's challenges, trophies, or achievements.
Since the official launch of the PlayStation 5 Pro, several titles have received enhancements for this system. A recent example is No Man's Sky, which added new improvements, including PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), allowing gameplay at 4K and 60 fps, among other features.
In terms of games that will also receive support for PS5 Pro in the future, Arrowhead Game Studios has confirmed that Helldivers 2 will join this list, although no additional details have been shared yet. Alan Wake 2, on the other hand, has also received enhancements to its quality and performance modes with its recent update for Pro.
