Your Samsung Buds 3 Pro Will Receive a Free Update that Improves Audio and Reliability.
The Buds 3 have only been on the market for a few weeks, but an update has already been released to further improve them.
Samsung has released a free software update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shortly after their launch. This update, which is also available for the Buds 3 without the Pro design, aims to improve Bluetooth connection stability and sound quality, according to the update notes.
Users can access this update wirelessly. For installation, the Buds 3 have firmware version R530XXU0AXJ1, while the Buds 3 Pro feature version R630XXU0AXJ1. Overall, the installation process is quite straightforward and usually automatic. If this doesn’t happen, it is recommended that the earbuds are charged, open the Galaxy Wearable app on the phone, adjust the earbuds’ settings, and look for the software update option. The update file is just over 7MB in size, so it shouldn’t take long to download.
In the previous review of the Buds 3 Pro, it was mentioned that in terms of audio quality, the treble sound could be a bit elevated compared to the bass, which left room for potential adjustments. However, what is interesting is that, unlike other earbuds such as the AirPods Pro 2, which have similarities with the Buds 3 Pro, Samsung's devices allow users to adjust the equalization bands to customize their sound experience.
