New Features in Season 2 of Chapter 6 of Fortnite: No Law.
The second season of chapter 6 of Fortnite is here, featuring a crime-filled island where players can act without restrictions with new weapons and many other updates. Below, we show you all the recent additions.
Fortnite has introduced its new season, Chapter 6 Season 2, titled "Lawless," which significantly alters gameplay by transitioning players from a Japanese-themed island to a crime-ridden urban environment. This season revives the popular heist theme, where players must loot their enemies and bosses on the map with the aim of achieving victory.
The new environment is filled with opportunities, starting with Fletcher Kane himself, who has established himself as the king of crime on the island. Players will need to visit multiple points of interest (POIs), beginning with Crime City, an area teeming with criminals, where they can explore places like the Hostile Hotel. Another destination is the Outlaw Oasis, a luxury spa where thieves enjoy a well-deserved break after a day filled with robberies. Don't forget Shiny Shafts, a key spot to acquire Bars, and the secluded retreat of Lonewolf Lair, which offers additional challenges.
The season also introduces new bosses, including the feared Fletcher Kane, who attacks at critical moments, especially during heists. Defeating him grants rewards such as the powerful Mythic Fletcher Kane’s Double Down pistol and the Unstoppable Medallion, which increases running speed and allows for attacks while pursuing. Additionally, Shogun X remains active, offering the Super Shield Medallion when defeated.
Regarding the game’s economy, the new coin system includes Dill Bits, which are more valuable than Bars and must be spent quickly as they do not carry over between matches. Players can exchange these coins at one of the three black markets on the map, where mythical and legendary items are offered.
On the other hand, new vehicles have been added, such as the Armored Transport and a loot-laden train, which will present an additional challenge as it attracts the attention of Fletcher's bodyguards. New Boons, unique abilities that can be obtained from black markets or rare chests, have also been introduced.
Weapons have been updated, highlighting the Thermite for opening vaults and new additions like the Collateral Damage Assault Rifle and the Outlaw Shotgun. Players can also benefit from items like the Port-A-Cover for defense and the Med-Mist Grenade for quick healing.
The season brings a new Battle Pass, providing a series of skins and accessories that can be unlocked by earning XP. Among these are characters like Cassidy Quinn, Fletcher Kane, and Sub-Zero, whose skin can be obtained through season missions.
Additionally, a collaboration with Cowboy Bebop has been announced, allowing missions that reward players with themed rewards within the game. In terms of customization, musical moments have been introduced, allowing players to choose a music track to celebrate their matches.
Chapter 6 Season 2 of Fortnite will conclude on May 2, 2025, giving players plenty of time to explore the new content and seek their victories in this hostile and competitive environment.
