Early Download Guide for Black Ops 6: Release Date, File Size, and Preorder.

It's time to enjoy the annual release of Call of Duty, and so far, Black Ops 6 promises to be a great success. If you’re excited and ready to dive in, don't forget to pre-download it.

Interest in Black Ops 6 is at a very high level, probably the most notable seen in recent titles of the Call of Duty series. Fans are excited due to various factors such as the narrative, a new movement system, and the return of the classic zombie structure, allowing them to reconnect with the elements that made this franchise popular.

The game's launch will occur in a staggered manner depending on the platform. Xbox and PlayStation players, as well as those using the Microsoft Store, will be able to start playing between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m. PT on October 24. In contrast, those playing on PC through Battlenet or Steam will be able to access the game starting at 9 p.m. PT on the same day.

As for the file size, Black Ops 6 will require a total of 56GB of space, which is a considerable improvement compared to the previous titles that occupied double the space.

For those who wish to download the game before its release, the preload option will be available on all platforms starting at 9 a.m. PT on October 21. By simply having any version of the game pre-ordered, players will be able to access the early download, without any special editions granting early access.

There are two editions available for preorder of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The first is the "Cross-Gen bundle" which costs $70 and includes access to the open beta and an operator pack called Woods. The second, called the "BO6 Vault," costs $100 and includes all the contents of the previous pack plus an operator pack titled Hunters vs. Hunted and a "Mastercraft Collection."
