This Asus Mini PC has a surprising feature.
Intel Wi-Fi Proximity Sensing automatically activates or blocks the device.
Asus has launched the NUC 15 Pro, a mini PC designed to handle demanding tasks such as training AI models and data visualization. This device features an Intel Core Ultra 2 series processor and integrated Intel Arc graphics, as well as supporting up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM at 6400 MHz.
This model is compatible with up to four 4K displays thanks to its two HDMI 2.1 ports and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. One of its innovative features is Intel Wi-Fi Proximity Sensing, which detects the presence of the user, automatically waking or locking the device, adding convenience and security to daily use.
In terms of connectivity, the NUC 15 Pro utilizes Intel Wi-Fi 7, which provides speeds of up to 46 Gbps, facilitating fast file transfers and allowing support for up to 16 streaming devices simultaneously. It also includes Bluetooth 5.4, enabling data transfers of up to 50 Mbps and connections to peripherals.
Despite its compact chassis of just 0.48 liters, the NUC 15 Pro comes equipped with a fast-loading hinge mechanism that allows for RAM and storage upgrades without the need for tools. This mini PC integrates technologies such as Intel vPro and fTPM 2.0, which offer enterprise-level hardware encryption and secure remote management capabilities.
