Ninja Gaiden 4 is approaching, but you can already enjoy the remake of Ninja Gaiden 2 right now.

After more than ten years of waiting, it has been announced that Ninja Gaiden 4 is in development, along with an updated version of Ninja Gaiden 2.

After many years of waiting, the next title in the Ninja Gaiden saga, known as Ninja Gaiden 4, is finally in the works, along with a modern remake of Ninja Gaiden 2. Ninja Gaiden 4 is expected to be released in the fall of 2025. For those who don't want to wait that long, the remake of Ninja Gaiden 2 is already available to play and can be purchased on various platforms, including Game Pass.

Team Ninja made the announcement during the kickoff of the Xbox Developer Direct, setting the tone for the rest of the presentation. This new game has been developed in collaboration with Platinum Games, famous for iconic titles like Bayonetta and Nier: Automata. The plot of Ninja Gaiden 4 takes place in a new setting and introduces an original character, allowing newcomers to easily immerse themselves in the game. However, classic fans need not worry, as Ryu Hayabusa will also play a role in the storyline.

Additionally, it is known that Ninja Gaiden 4 will continue the narrative of the third title in the series, although it takes place years later. The game has showcased impressive graphics, with fluid and visceral combat that promises to maintain the challenging essence that characterizes the saga. Visually, the game stands out for its natural movement capabilities and high graphic quality.

On the other hand, Ninja Gaiden 2 Black has been unveiled, a remake developed in Unreal Engine that also features graphical improvements while retaining the intuitive gameplay of the series. Furthermore, the teaser for Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound was shown at the 2024 Game Awards, presenting a retro-style side-scrolling game that has garnered a positive response from fans. Interest in the franchise remains strong, and fans are eager to once again explore its challenging world.
