The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 has officially kicked off in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although some news had already leaked to the press beforehand, significant announcements were made today. Among them, Samsung's 37-inch 4K gaming monitor, Withings' Omnia smart mirror, AMD's Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor, and Hisense's massive 116-inch TriChroma LED TV stand out. More technological innovations are expected to be showcased in the coming days.

On another note, the startup RollAway is innovating in the tourism sector by offering "stays on wheels" in an Airbnb style. This service includes the rental of a fully equipped electric van, designed by GM's BrightDrop, allowing for a glamping experience with all the comforts on the road.

Meanwhile, manufacturers Honda and Nissan, the second and third largest automakers in Japan, are in talks to merge and develop a structure that will allow them to better face competition from Tesla and other Chinese electric rivals. Reports indicate that this alliance aims to establish a parent company to facilitate closer technological cooperation, without necessarily merging the two companies.

Additionally, General Motors has issued a recall for the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox electric vehicles due to them being too quiet, which does not meet the standards and regulations ensuring that vehicles emit sufficient sound for the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
