Do you work out this Valentine's Day? Find out how to get the limited edition Apple Watch for Heart Month.

"The Fiery Love"

Apple has announced a special award for the Apple Watch that will be available on February 14, coinciding with Valentine’s Day and American Heart Month. This recognition, notable for its green design with a heart in the center, will be granted to those who complete a 30-minute workout before the end of the day.

Apple's limited digital awards aim to motivate users to stay active even on special dates. This time, Apple Watch owners can qualify for the award by engaging in any type of exercise, whether it be dancing, HIIT, cycling, swimming, yoga, or any other desired activity. In addition to receiving the award, those who earn it will also unlock a set of special stickers for Messages.

This award adds to the range of health features of the Apple Watch, which includes monitoring daily activity and health checks through the Health app on the iPhone. Users have the option to activate notifications for irregular heart rhythms and alerts for high or low heart rates.

For those with newer Apple Watch models, such as the Ultra 2 or Series 10, it is also possible to perform an electrocardiogram (ECG) directly from the wrist. Additionally, the Mindfulness app provides users with an opportunity to take time for reflection and stress reduction, thereby contributing to better mental and physical health.

These types of initiatives reinforce Apple’s mission to promote an active and healthy lifestyle among its users, especially during Heart Month, which aims to raise awareness about cardiovascular health.
