Ashneer Grover, who was a judge on the first season of Shark Tank India, has been in conflict with Anupam Mittal, the founder of Shaadi Dot Com, since his departure from the show. The two have publicly exchanged jabs in various interviews and panels, creating quite a stir on social media. Recently, during a discussion on a panel, Grover recalled an anecdote from his fundraising days.

In his recounting, Grover described Mittal as someone who always made him spin in circles and never gave him a single penny. Humorously, he noted that the Shaadi Dot Com founder is still on the same wavelength, offering only "gyaan," or advice, but no money. Additionally, Grover mentioned that he used to wait for Mittal at a nearby café to the entrepreneur's office in Mumbai and that he had amusing interactions with the café's "dosa guy," who had issues with QR codes.

This rivalry is not new; earlier, Mittal had also made sarcastic comments towards Grover during an interview, suggesting that some of the sharks were no longer with them, wishing that their souls rest in peace.
