The B190B model gained fame in 1991 thanks to the performances of Nelson Piquet and Roberto Moreno, featuring custom attributes that pay homage to Michael Schumacher, who joined the team that year. The Benetton B190B was an upgraded version of the B190, which had competed in 1990 and achieved victories in Japan and Australia.
This car was designed to optimize aerodynamics in combination with the Ford HBA4 engine, and its competitiveness was demonstrated in the season's opening race in Phoenix, where Piquet finished third on the podium. However, its lifespan was short, as it was replaced by the B191 after only two races, marking the beginning of the team's "nose-up" design.
The B190B, known for its distinctive green, blue, and yellow color scheme, has left a lasting mark on F1 history. This authentic, handcrafted reproduction captures the essence of the original, becoming an essential collector's item for fans looking to own a piece of history.
