Elden Ring: Nightreign, a highly anticipated multiplayer title, may include downloadable content offering additional characters and bosses to play. This information came from a line of text that briefly appeared on the Steam page before being removed by FromSoftware, suggesting it was not meant to be public yet. A report mentions that the phrase at the end of the description read: “Additional DLC: playable additional characters and bosses.” The presence of bosses from previous Souls titles was anticipated, and this line hints at more surprises to come.
Unlike Elden Ring, Nightreign will allow players to use predefined characters instead of creating their own. This could mean the possibility of playing as the Chosen Undead, the Curse Bearer, or the Ashen One, perhaps in the form of concept art for each of them.
