Posibilidad de cambiar la apariencia del sistema de piel de WiFi de Vibrant.

South Korea's KT (Korea Telecom) has introduced the Vibrant WiFi router, which stands out for its sleek design that has earned it recognition from prestigious design awards such as Red Dot and iF Design. While the core KT WiFi 6D router may seem conventional in shape and size, its innovation lies in the hidden antennas and LEDs. Offering wireless speeds of up to 1.2Gbps, wired speeds of 1Gbps, and support for up to 100 simultaneous connections, this router is anything but ordinary.

What sets this router apart is its unique feature of detachable covers, known as skins, that can be easily slipped over the base unit to seamlessly blend in with its surroundings. The router's power adapter, dubbed "Simply Connect," simplifies the setup by transferring both power and data through a single USB-C cable, ensuring a neat and tidy installation.

KT offers a wide variety of skins for the router, ranging from walnut and vegetable leather to illuminated glass and Rattan. Collaborating with renowned Korean artists has resulted in even more unique designs, some of which incorporate additional elements like analogue clocks. With a continuous addition of new designs, users have a plethora of options to personalize their routers according to their tastes.

This design approach is particularly relevant in South Korea, where routers are often rented on short-term contracts. The ability to customize the router with skins allows users to leave their mark on the device without altering its functionality, making it easy to refurbish and pass on to the next user at the end of the contract period.
