WhatsApp clarifies the situation in chats... FINALLY!
One of the most requested features by users has been implemented globally in WhatsApp.
A highly anticipated feature has finally arrived on WhatsApp: typing indicators. This new characteristic allows users to see who is typing in a chat and presents an animation of ellipsis, making it easier to know when someone is about to send you an audio message or a text.
When you look at the lower left corner of the chat screen, you will notice how this feature is displayed. In a one-on-one conversation, you will see an animation with three ellipsis, indicating that the other person is composing a message. If you are in a group, the typing indicator will be accompanied by a small circle showing the profile picture of the user who is typing, thus allowing you to identify who you are interacting with at that moment.
This element has been added without the need to activate it in the app settings, and there is no option to disable it, meaning that all participants in the conversation will be able to benefit from this functionality in real time.
