Chuwi has announced the launch of the MiniBook X N150 for the first quarter of 2025, which will include a new Intel N150 processor. This device stands out for its 2-in-1 convertible design, featuring 360-degree hinges and a touchscreen. The MiniBook X series is recognized for its portability, with the new model weighing less than 1 kg.
The Intel N150 Twin Lake processor replaces the previous Intel N100 Alder Lake-N, offering slightly higher frequencies for both the CPU and GPU, although it remains an entry-level chip suitable for budget devices.
In terms of memory and connectivity capabilities, the MiniBook X N150 will be equipped with 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD. Its touchscreen is 10.51 inches with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The device will offer two USB Type-C ports on the right side, which allow for data transfer, video output, and charging via USB Power Delivery 3.0, in addition to including a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The MiniBook X N150 will feature a 28.8 Wh battery, representing a slight improvement over the previous generation’s capacity of 26.65 Wh. The device is constructed with an aluminum alloy, weighing approximately 920 grams, and is expected to include an active cooling system with fans and heat pipes.
