These affordable 3-way bookshelf speakers are irresistible for vinyl, streaming, or even your TV.

The new Majority bookshelf speakers promise to deliver powerful sound at an affordable price.

The new Majority D100 Bluetooth speakers offer an attractive option for those looking for powerful bookshelf speakers without breaking the bank. This British brand, known for its focus on affordable audio products, presents an impressive set of features at an accessible price, highlighted by its triple driver setup.

With a retro design reminiscent of wooden speakers from the 1970s, these speakers have a much more contemporary interior. They include Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI ARC, and optical connections, as well as aux and phono connectors. They also come with a remote control to adjust the volume and select inputs, which is uncommon in stereo speakers in this price range. Thanks to their HDMI connection, they can be a viable alternative to the best soundbars, and as active speakers, they allow direct connection to turntables with a built-in preamp.

In terms of specifications, the D100 speakers deliver 100W through their three-driver configuration and are designed with ports that enhance bass. Their cones are made of metal, and the enclosures are crafted from solid wood. With a combined weight of 6.8 kg, it is advisable to check the sturdiness of the shelves where they will be placed.

Majority claims that these speakers “sound twice their price,” which is £119, significantly cheaper than popular options like the Q Acoustics M20 HD Wireless, which are offered at £319, nearly three times more. It is worth mentioning that Black Friday is approaching, so some attractive deals may arise this month.

The Majority D100 speakers are already available in the UK, although a launch in the United States has not yet been confirmed.
