The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE could exceed expectations in terms of power.

Informants assume the inclusion of an Exynos 2400 in the supposedly upcoming budget Z Flip.

Speculations about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE suggest that this device could integrate the Exynos 2400 chipset, the same one found in certain versions of the Galaxy S24. So far, Samsung has not confirmed the existence of the Z Flip FE or its technical specifications.

Recent information from leaker Jukanlosreve indicates that the Exynos 2400 would be the chosen processor for this budget foldable model, which would resemble the hardware of some Galaxy S24 models in much of Europe and Asia. In contrast, the North American variant of the Galaxy S24 uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, considered one of the best chips on the Android market.

Currently, Samsung's line of foldable devices exclusively uses Snapdragon processors, which has contributed to the high prices of these products and their classification in the high-end range. Both the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 are featured on prominent lists of foldable phones and Samsung-branded devices.

Samsung's choice to use an Exynos chip in the potential Z Flip FE could be due to the high cost of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 being too elevated for a lower-priced device, or because the company could ensure a more stable supply of Exynos chips. Additionally, Jukanlosreve has mentioned that the future Z Flip 7 could also utilize an Exynos processor, specifically the upgraded Exynos 2500 model.

For several months, there has been talk of a more affordable model of the Galaxy Z Flip, and speculation about expanding the brand's foldable phone range. Recently, it was reported that an economical version of the Galaxy Z Fold may have been canceled, although the Z Flip FE remains a viable possibility. Alongside this, other new foldable devices could be launched, although there is still no clear information regarding a presentation date.

With a starting price of €1,209.00, the Z Flip 6 is Samsung's most accessible foldable and is considered the most likely candidate for a more economical version, although it is not expected to be excessively cheap. This is because manufacturers often apply an additional cost for the innovation and complexity that these devices entail. Therefore, it is likely that a more affordable Galaxy Z Flip will cost as much or more than a conventional flagship phone.

For now, all this information is based on unverified rumors, and Samsung has not issued any official statements on the matter. As new information emerges, updates regarding these devices are expected.
