- Go to Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Select "iCloud."
- Click on "Notes."
- Turn on "Sync this iPhone" if it is not already activated.
After waiting a minute or two, when you open the Notes app, your notes should begin to download from the cloud. One potential issue is that "Sync this iPhone" may already be activated. If that is the case, turn it off, then turn it back on and restart your phone.
