The design of the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold might look familiar to you.
If you expect Google to make a drastic change with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, think again.
The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be announced later this year, along with the rest of the Pixel 10 lineup. However, no major changes are anticipated compared to the current Pixel 9 Pro Fold, according to various reports. The new foldable device is expected to have approximate dimensions of 155.2 x 150.4 x 5.3 mm, very similar to the previous model, which measures 155.2 mm x 150.2 mm x 5.1 mm when unfolded. This suggests that the 2025 model could be slightly thicker than the previous version, implying that the entire Pixel 10 lineup will maintain a similar design and dimensions to the Pixel 9 series.
Regarding the internal specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, it is expected to include a Tensor G5 processor, which will be Google's first chipset manufactured by TSMC, rather than Samsung, as has been the case with previous versions. This new chip will be built using TSMC's 3nm N3E process, the same used in Apple's A18 Pro. Additionally, the device is estimated to come with 16GB of RAM and offer an initial storage capacity of 256GB.
There is still no information on the screen dimensions of the foldable model. The current Pixel 9 Pro Fold features a 6.3-inch cover display and an 8-inch internal display, which could be replicated in the upcoming version. The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold are expected to be announced in August, timing their launch after the unveiling of Samsung's new Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, and before the announcement of Apple's iPhone 17 series, which is expected to include an iPhone Air model for the first time.
The price of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold has not yet been confirmed, but some rumors suggest that its initial cost may be slightly lower than that of the current model, which starts at $1,799 in the U.S.
