The colors of the entire Samsung Galaxy S25 line have been leaked, along with some disappointing display specifications.
New colors and the same screens.
Recently, details about the Samsung Galaxy S25 series have been leaked, including information about the available colors for each model. According to leaker Ross Young, the Samsung Galaxy S25 is expected to come in four shades: Moon Night Blue, Silver Shadow, Sparking Blue, and Sparkling Green. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus will offer these same options, adding Midnight Black. As for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, colors such as Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, Titanium Gray, and Titanium Silver have been announced.
It is important to note that, although these colors may seem accurate, there are likely to be additional shades available only through Samsung's online store, as has happened with previous releases. Additionally, it has been observed that the color options for the S25 Ultra differ slightly from earlier leaks, which mentioned Black, Green, Blue, and Titanium.
In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus were offered in colors like Cobalt Violet, Amber Yellow, Onyx Black, and Marble Gray, along with online-exclusive options that included Sapphire Blue, Jade Green, and Sandstone Orange. For the S24 Ultra, the shades were Titanium Gray, Titanium Black, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow, along with online options of Titanium Blue, Titanium Green, and Titanium Orange. Thus, Titanium Silver is the only truly new shade for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
In another aspect, the dimensions of the new devices' screens have also been revealed. According to sources, the Samsung Galaxy S25 will have a 6.16-inch display, the Galaxy S25 Plus will have a 6.66-inch display, and the S25 Ultra will feature a 6.86-inch display. These claims are consistent with previous leaks, suggesting that the Galaxy S25 series will use the same M13 panels as the previous generation.
Although the M14 panel could have provided significant improvements in efficiency and durability, it seems that Samsung has opted to continue with the M13. This could mean that the S25 series will not show a notable advance in display technology compared to competitors like the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, which already use the M14 panel.
Overall, these are rumors, and the information should be taken with caution until the official announcement, expected in January or February 2024.
