A product listing that was removed reveals that Best Buy is organizing a clearance sale for an unnamed Apple product in the Tablets section, which is reportedly marked for clearance at $359.99. Since the iPad mini 6 typically retails for $499.99, it is likely that this is the model being referred to, suggesting that the store is clearing inventory to make way for the iPad mini 7.
The iPad mini 6, which was released in September 2021, is now selling for $399 at Best Buy, adding uncertainty about whether this clearance sale has already begun or if a new price cut is expected. Traditionally, Apple does not restock models when a replacement is imminent, leading to speculation that the iPad mini 7 will launch before the end of 2024.
