Nuu, a Texas-based phone company best known for its affordable models, has launched two new smartphones: the B30 5G and the N10. Aiming to attract a wide audience with devices that combine performance and affordable pricing, the company seeks to stand out in a market saturated with major brands.
The B30 5G, priced at $290, features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a 2.6GHz octa-core processor, and 8GB of RAM, positioning it as a mid-range device that offers high-end features. This model also incorporates a triple-lens camera system with 64MP, ideal for low-light photography. According to Nuu’s CEO, Danny Sit, the company’s goal is to offer high-quality smartphones without sacrificing performance, regardless of the price range. The new B series and the introduction of the N series aim to ensure that all users have access to advanced technology.
On the more budget-friendly end, the N10 is priced at $100 and includes a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, along with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor that provides solid everyday performance. This model comes equipped with a rear camera enhanced by artificial intelligence with 13MP. Like the B30 5G, the N10 offers a 5,000mAh battery.
The introduction of these phones comes in a highly competitive environment, where Nuu seeks to attract those who want good performance without the high costs associated with well-known brands like Samsung or Apple. Both devices run on Android 14, which includes security improvements and Google’s Gemini artificial intelligence, providing a more personalized user experience. To encourage early purchases, offerings have been presented that allow customers to buy the N10 for $90 and the B30 5G for $260, both including Nuu Buds headphones in the promotion.
Recently, Nuu had impressed critics with its previous model, the B30 Pro, which was initially considered just another Android smartphone in a saturated market but ended up exceeding expectations, noted for its good build quality and smooth performance, supported by its MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor and 12GB of RAM.
