Netflix releases a disturbing trailer for a new Harlan Coben series: I hope "Caught" surpasses the author's previous television adaptations.

Harlan Coben's thrillers have had very variable results.

Netflix continues to be the home of Harlan Coben's works and will soon expand its catalog of television adaptations of the author with the new thriller "Caught," which will premiere on March 26 on one of the best streaming platforms. Recently, I enjoyed its eighth adaptation, "Fool Me Once," although I was not satisfied with "Missing You," which leads me to have high expectations that this new thriller will be a success and will join our growing list of the best Netflix series.

The trailer for "Caught" immediately caught my attention, mainly due to one particularity: it is a Spanish-language series, which sets it apart from other productions based on his acclaimed mystery novels. The trailer, which also features an English dub, is already available.

The story of "Caught" follows Ema Garay, played by Soledad Villamil, a reporter known for her skill in capturing criminals who manage to evade justice. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Leo Mercer, played by Juan Minujín, who becomes the main suspect in Ema's investigation into the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. According to Netflix's official synopsis, Ema will become immersed in "a web of interconnected mysteries and suspects."

As is usual in Coben's productions, we anticipate an intense experience, packed with surprising twists throughout the six episodes of the series. The expectation is that "Caught" will surpass the author's previous adaptations.
