Since the beginning of 2024, only one new mirrorless camera has been announced, the Sony ZV-E10 II, which, while boasting a 26 MP APS-C sensor and 4K recording capabilities, has not generated much excitement among brand followers, as it is an update of an existing model and is marketed below $1,000.
Recently, there have been rumors regarding a possible announcement of a new full-frame camera by Sony, which could occur at the end of November. This expectation, if confirmed, suggests that there may be more than one camera and a new lens launched in the coming months. However, it is important to note that previous rumors about launches did not materialize, which necessitates taking this information with caution.
Among the cameras that could be presented, the potential arrival of a successor to the Sony Alpha A1 is mentioned, an iconic model in Sony's mirrorless line-up. This new device could be called the Sony A1 II.
