Everything You Need to Know About the Important 3.0 Update of Honkai: Star Rail.
It will arrive on January 15th.
Honkai: Star Rail is preparing for the release of its Version 3.0, titled 'Paean of Era Nova,' on January 15. This extensive update introduces a new chapter in the game's main narrative, allowing players to explore the new world of Amphoreus.
Amphoreus is an isolated place where its inhabitants worship the Titans, 12 legendary beings responsible for the creation of the planet. However, after a series of disasters leading to the dominance of darkness, humanity has taken refuge in the besieged Holy City of Okhema, guarded by the Titan World Bearer, Kephale.
In this new adventure, players will meet an endearing companion known as 'Mem,' who is notable for the peculiarity of producing no sounds other than its own name. Mem can be summoned in battle, accumulating energy to unleash a support effect capable of inflicting true damage and changing the tide of battle.
Players will have the freedom to explore Okhema, where they will find iconic locations such as the imposing Marble Palace and lavish baths. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to discover the city-state of Castrum Kremnos, home to the Titan of Combat, where players can utilize a special time-travel power to transport themselves to the city in its golden age. There will also be other environments to visit, including the starting point of the world known as The Genesis Vortex.
Furthermore, the update will introduce two new playable five-star characters. The first is The Herta, an Ice Erudition-type character who deals area damage to multiple enemies and can increase her damage by accumulating Interpretations on enemies and allies. The second, Aglaea, hailing from Amphoreus, is the first limited five-star Remembrance, capable of invoking the memosprite Garmentmaker to fight alongside her, creating a choreography of charming attacks in the battlefield.
Version 3.0 of Honkai: Star Rail will be available in the United States on January 15 and in the United Kingdom on January 16. This free-to-play game is currently available on PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation 5.
