The new Garmin Lily 2 Active smartwatch is quite appealing for a GPS watch.
The new Garmin women's smartwatch, the Lily 2 Active, features built-in GPS and showcases an attractive design for a device from the brand.
Garmin has recently launched its Lily 2 Active smartwatch, which stands out as the company's most compact model with integrated GPS functionality. This sleek metal watch offers a battery life of up to nine days without GPS and nine hours when using this mode.
The device's design includes two buttons and a display that activates when tapped or when the wrist is turned. The buttons allow users to select activities or switch between screens. Like other current smartwatches, the Lily 2 Active can collect data on the previous day's sleep and provide suggestions to improve sleep quality. The sleep feature also tracks heart rate, sleep stages, stress, and breathing, among other factors that help calculate the sleep score. Additionally, the Body Battery monitoring can be used to assess energy levels.
For those who enjoy following exercise routines, the device allows users to download workouts for strength, yoga sessions, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Users can view routines on the watch's screen, ensuring they accurately follow the planned program.
Another notable feature is the morning report. The Lily 2 Active provides all the mentioned information each morning, along with data related to female health tracking. For instance, female users can use the smartwatch to keep track of their menstrual cycles and pregnancies.
This model is compatible with the Garmin Connect app for iOS and Android smartphones, allowing users to review the data collected by the watch and challenge friends who use Garmin products.
In terms of color options, the Lily 2 Active is available in two combinations: Lunar Gold and Bone, or Silver and Purple Jasmine. Those interested in purchasing it can do so for a price of $300.
