Atari is preparing an exciting announcement for CES 2025, which will kick off on January 7. It is the Gamestation Go, a handheld console that promises to offer a selection of classic games from the 1980s and 1990s. So far, the available information comes from a video shared by the company on YouTube, showcasing details such as the directional pad and action buttons of the console.

Additionally, the design includes a numeric keypad and a trackball, suggesting that the device could be compatible with other video games or projects in the near future. This console has been developed in collaboration with My Arcade, a well-known company in this type of innovation.

Among the additional features of the Gamestation Go is a USB Type-C port, intended for both charging and wired connections, as well as an HDMI connector, which will facilitate its connection to TVs. This new portable model is seen as the successor to the home console Gamestation Pro, indicating an evolution in Atari's offering for retro gaming enthusiasts.
